Almost everything purchased is available for return and refund or exchange, with some exceptions.

CRYPTOZOIC products are not returnable or exchangeable once any factory seal has been broken. Deposits or purchase prices taken during pre-sales are also non-refundable.

Unless a flaw in workmanship, bespoke items are not returnable. Fit is determined by measurements provided by the buyer and not a cause for return or refund.

Kilts are bespoke items, however, depending upon the circumstances, we may purchase back the tartan. Because of the nature of the product with special fabrics and/or labour hours deposits made on these bespoke items they are non-refundable in the majority of cases. Kilt sales for  restricted tartans that were woven under

pre-sale circumstances are not refundable.
